Returns & Refunds


New/Unused Product Returns

Auto724.us will accept returns for unused products within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund to the original payment method used.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees.
In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of an auto724.us Representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location.
To receive full credit, parts must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
All parts returned must be new, undamaged and uninstalled.
Parts will be carefully inspected prior to credit being issued.

Refused Packages

Any domestic orders that are returned to auto724.us as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 10% restocking fee.
Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier.
The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.

Return Process

To return an item, please notify us by sending a message to shop@auto724.us and then return the item to our return address.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days of receipt of the return using the original payment method used in the order. In the event that a return label is provided, these charges may be deducted from the total refund you receive.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Auto724.us will not accept COD deliveries.

Cancellation Policy

An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
